Hennig Gasket & Seals now fabricates custom high-temperature gaskets from Durlon, an industry-trusted line of compressed non-asbestos (CNA) gasket sheets. Durlon combines advanced fibers, fillers, and elastomers to deliver excellent sealing performance in demanding industrial environments.

Composition: carbon fiber reinforced, NBR-bound sheet
Sheet measurement:
Temperature: -40F to 900F, continuous max 650F
Pressure: up to 2,000 psi

Certifications: API 6FB fire test, RoH & California PRop 65 compliant

Durlon® 8900 
Composition: aramid/graphite reinforced sheet
Sheet measurement:
Temperature: -40F to 925F, continuous max 752F
Pressure: up to 2,000 psi
Applications: steam systems (saturated and superheated), hydrocarbons and solvents, oils, dilute acids and alkalis, industrial OEM equipment
Certifications: ANSI/API 607 fire test (zero leakage), RoHS compliant

Durlon® HT100 
Composition: phlogopite mica with a silicone binder
Sheet measurement:
Temperature: -67F to 1,832F, 
Weight Retention: <5% loss at 800C
Applications: heat exchangers adn exhaust manifolds, refinery and chemical plant service, power generation, mining, marin, and general industry
Certifications: UL94 V-0 flame rating
