Expansion Joints

An expansion joint is a specifically designed section of a flanged pipe which can be inserted in a rigid piping system to achieve one or more of the following objectives: absorb movement, reduce mechanical noises, isolate mechanical vibrations, compensate for misalignment, and can eliminate electrolysis between dissimilar metals.
