Neoprene is a polymer that provides moderate oil & gasoline resistance, very good resistance to ozone & sunlight, excellent adhesion to fabric & metals, good resistance to abrasion & flex cracking and very good resistance to alkalis & acids. Hennig Gasket & Seals is a leading distributor of Warco neoprene sheet rubber material.
Very good temperature flexibility, superior resistance to water and steam. It is highly extendible and is sulfur and peroxide curable. It also provides superior properties for outdoor and high temperature applications. EPDM has excellent resistance to heat, ozone, and sunlight and good resistance to alkalis, acids, and oxygenated solvents.
Nitrile provides extremely good oil and gasoline resistance, superior resistance to petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, a wide range of service temperatures, good resistance to hydrocarbon solvents, and very good resistance to alkalis and acids. Hennig is an industry leading distributor of Warco nitrile rubber products.
SBR provides extremely good abrasion resistance, excellent impact strength, very good resilience and maintains a high tensile strength. The temperature range of SBR is -40˚F to 180˚F and can be synthesized for use as lining rubber, conveyor belt covers and other extremely demanding applications. Contact Hennig Gasket & Seals for SBR molded rubber slab material today.
Natural rubber provides superior resilience, tensile, elongation and abrasion resistance, good low temperature flexibility and compression set and excellent adhesion to fabric and metals. Due to its exceptional physical properties, natural rubber is ideal for use as gasket material.
Having been originally used within the aerospace industry, fluoroelastomer rubber sheet provides outstanding performance in very hot and extremely corrosive environments. It can also be used in a wide range of industries including automotive, oil, fluid power, appliance and chemical.
Cloth-Inserted rubber sheet is a material that is reinforced with a type of cloth such as polyester, nylon, cotton or fiberglass fabric. This gives the rubber more reinforcement support and added stability in gasket applications requiring mechanical fastening and high compression.
Butyl sheet rubber material provides excellent resistance to gases, vapors, heat aging, oxygen, ozone, sunlight, abrasion and tearing. It is also resistant to alkalis and acids and provides good electrical insulation.
