Water Jet Cutting
Water jet cutting is one of the many services available here at Hennig Gasket. Along with our hand cutting and die cutting capabilities, we can also precisely, accurately, and consistently cut custom gaskets and custom seals for your specific application, using our in-house CNC (computer numerically controlled) water jet cutting machine. Hennig Gasket can work with your specifications, drawings, prints, sample custom gasket or seal, as well as AutoCAD Version 14 DXF files or the equivalent to custom manufacture and fabricate your specific gasket or seal.
The water jet cutting machine is typically connected to a high-pressure water pump. The highly pressurized water is then forced through a tiny aperture or nozzle; the water jet cuts through the non-metallic gasket or seal material. The CNC water jet cutting machine used here at Hennig Gasket can cut all non-metallic gasket and seal material, up to two inches thick.

Reverse Engineering
Hennig Gasket also offers reverse engineering services. We can work with your actual part, as well as a print, drawing, or an AutoCAD Version 14 DXF file. The Hennig Gasket specialists will then replicate the part, and our production staff will manufacture and fabricate your custom gasket in the quantity you need.
Gasket Engineering
Gasket engineering is also available. Using your prints, specifications, drawings or AutoCAD file (in DXF format), our experienced team will design the most cost effective solution in the best material for your specific custom gasket or custom seal application.
